As each floating solar farm has a different design, we ran simulations to see how lake temperatures changed with over 10,000 unique combinations of wind speed and solar radiation.
Another good approach is using floating solar panels for the same cause, which will provide an additional power source. It can enhance the productivity of hydropower plants with reservoirs.
In addition, it is difficult to deploy photovoltaic power stations on land and lakes in the same area due to factors such as terrain and altitude. In this paper, the impact of air temperature in the land on power generation is analyzed by the model prediction.
