My battery pack is 272amp, 4 cells, 12v. The cell spec is attached. I''ve connected with an Overkill Solar BMS - config also attached. I''ve top balanced the pack. Only way I can get to 100%, 272amp charge is at 14.4v ie 3.6v per cell. So, Im thinking (Im not confident as 100% new to this, so...

If that situation exists, I doubt the JBD BMS sold by Overkill Solar will have enough balance current to correct the issue. re-doing the top balance or bleeding off that high cell with a resistor might be a better option. As others have stated, there can be risk that you will cause the pack to become unbalanced if balancing during discharge

I have a 100ah LifePo4 battery with internal BMS. I am using Overkill Solar app to access the BMS. My first question is can someone show what the best settings are for each of the configurable settings. Screen shot is fine, then I can just copy those into my battery BMS. Second question has to do with the cell capacity voltage.

Tried to scan for device from 10-feet away but it does not detect any of the the 4 Overkill Solar BMS. However, the Xiaoxiang, BeLYEnergy and BAT-BMS app detects all 4.
